I founded and ran Foxglow Cosmetics, a New Zealand-based perfume and cosmetics brand, for over nine years. In that time, I grew the business to over 100 stockists across New Zealand and Australia, achieved a 55% customer return rate, and expanded its social reach to more than 38,000 Instagram followers.

I oversaw every aspect of the brand, from establishing its identity and designing packaging that reflected its bold, modern personality, to creating engaging email campaigns, product photography, and social media content. I also partnered with over 50 influencers and content creators, designed and managed the Shopify website, and implemented strategies that built strong customer loyalty, resulting in sustained retail growth.
